If something doesn’t go as planned, don’t stress — we’ll help you sort it out quickly.

Shipping

If you’re returning an item, return shipping costs are on you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if we issue a refund, your return shipping will be deducted from it.

 

Returns

You’ve got 24 hours from the time your order arrives to return an item.

Here’s what we need:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

We can only accept items that meet these conditions — thank you for understanding!

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll take a quick look and let you know what’s next.

If it’s approved, we’ll refund you through your original payment method.

That can be your mobile money wallet and if bank or card the provider will process it, so give them a few days to complete the transaction.

 

Free Friday Deliveries

Every Friday, we offer FREE Delivery for our amazing customers in Accra, especially those around East Legon and nearby areas — including Adjiriganor, Trasacco Valley, American House, Shiashie, Airport Residential, A&C Mall area, Madina, North Legon, West Legon, and Cantonments.

If you’re just outside these zones, don’t worry – we will still deliver, standard rates will just apply.
