1. Overview
Fionash.com is committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping zones, estimated delivery timelines, costs, and procedures for handling shipping-related issues.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Ghanaian public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, sale events, or due to exceptional circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times
3.1 Domestic (Within Ghana)
Greater Accra Region: 1–3 business days
Other Regions (Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, etc.): 3–5 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
3.2 International Shipping
West Africa (Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Senegal, etc.): 5–10 business days
Africa (Rest of Continent): 7–14 business days
Europe, North America, Australia: 10–21 business days
Rest of the World: 14–28 business days
International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for qualifying domestic orders during promotional periods. International shipping costs and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fionash has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an international order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through our logistics partner’s portal. If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at support@fionash.com.
7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible delivery areas within Ghana. The following conditions apply:
- COD is available on orders up to a specified maximum order value (as indicated at checkout)
- Payment must be made in full in Ghanaian Cedis upon delivery
- Our delivery partner is not able to provide change for large denominations; please have the exact amount ready
- Refusing a COD order after dispatch may result in a delivery fee charge and temporary suspension of COD privileges
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the package, our courier will attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection. After a specified number of failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@fionash.com with your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work to resolve the matter promptly, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Fionash reserves the right to refuse or restrict shipments to certain locations at its discretion. Some products may also be subject to international shipping restrictions based on the destination country’s import regulations.
