Fionash.com is a fashion e-commerce platform based in Ghana, offering clothing, accessories, and related fashion products to customers in Ghana and worldwide. Our primary business and registered operations are based in Accra, Ghana.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
You may browse our website without registering; however, creating an account is required to place orders, track shipments, and manage your purchase history. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

4. Products and Pricing
4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product. Minor variations may occur.

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) by default. For international orders, prices may be displayed in the applicable currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Fionash reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order on fionash.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Fionash. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money – MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money
- Credit/Debit Cards – Visa and Mastercard
- Cash on Delivery – available for eligible delivery areas within Ghana
All payments are processed securely. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full upon receipt of goods. We reserve the right to withdraw Cash on Delivery for any area or order at our discretion.
5.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on fionash.com, including but not limited to logos, brand name, graphics, photographs, text, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Fionash and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
